1. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to Sets Quick. By visiting setsquick.com or guide.setsquick.com (together, the “Site”), or by subscribing to any Sets Quick email list, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
Sets Quick is owned and operated by Sarah as a sole operator based in the United States (the “Owner,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
2. Who May Use the Site
You may use the Site if you are 16 years of age or older and can enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country. The Site is intended for adult readers, primarily women aged 28 to 55 in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
3. What the Site Offers
Sets Quick publishes:
- articles, product reviews, comparison guides, and how-to tutorials about home organization,
- a free printable PDF (The Sets Quick 30-Day Home Reset, 47 pages) delivered by email,
- occasional email newsletters and product picks.
All content is provided for personal, non-commercial use in your own home unless we grant written permission otherwise.
4. What You Agree Not to Do
When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- copy, republish, redistribute, resell, or modify our content without written permission,
- scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Site without our written permission,
- use our content to train any machine learning or AI model,
- attempt to break, overload, or bypass Site security (Wordfence, Cloudflare, or otherwise),
- upload or transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code,
- pretend to be Sarah, a Sets Quick author, or Sets Quick itself,
- use the Site for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
Violations may result in loss of access, DMCA takedowns, or legal action.
5. AI-Assisted Content
Some of our articles are drafted with the help of an AI pipeline called NaraRouter. Every draft is then reviewed, edited, and personalized by Sarah before publishing. 6. Affiliate Links and Advertising
Sets Quick uses affiliate links (Amazon Associates, The Container Store via Impact, Wayfair via CJ, Walmart via Impact, Home Depot via Impact, Etsy via Awin) and displays third-party ads through Ezoic. Full details are in the Affiliate Disclosure and Privacy Policy. By using the Site you understand that:
- clicking an affiliate link may set a cookie in your browser,
- we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you,
- advertisements are served by Ezoic and its partners, not by us directly,
- we do not endorse or guarantee any product sold by a linked retailer.
7. No Professional Advice
Sets Quick is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing on the Site is medical, financial, legal, safety, structural, electrical, plumbing, or contractor advice. Do not rely on our content for decisions that could affect your health, safety, finances, or legal rights. Always consult a qualified licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
We do not write about YMYL (Your Money, Your Life) topics on purpose. If a piece of content ever appears to touch such areas, treat it as background reading only and confirm with a professional.
8. Product Availability, Prices, and Reviews
Product information on the Site can go out of date. Retailers change prices, discontinue products, and update packaging. We do our best to keep articles current through quarterly refreshes, but:
- prices are described as ranges, not exact figures, and can change without notice,
- product availability at Amazon, The Container Store, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot, and Etsy is set by those retailers,
- our reviews reflect our honest opinion based on personal purchase and use, and are not a promise of results in your home.
9. The Free 30-Day Home Reset PDF
The Sets Quick 30-Day Home Reset PDF is provided free of charge for personal use only. You may print copies for use in your own home. You may not:
- resell, redistribute, or republish the PDF,
- upload it to any third-party platform or file-sharing service,
- claim it as your own work,
- strip out attribution, logos, or copyright notices.
Commercial use requires written permission (email admin@setsquick.com).
10. Email Subscriptions
When you enter your email in one of our forms, you are opting in to receive:
- the 30-Day Home Reset PDF,
- a 7-day welcome sequence,
- occasional broadcasts (typically once per week or less).
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing admin@setsquick.com with the subject “Unsubscribe.” Email data is stored and processed by MailerLite. See the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Site — articles, images (including AI-generated images we curate), the SETS Method framework (Sort, Edit, Type, Store), the Sets Quick name, logo, and site design — is the property of Sets Quick or licensed to us. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy for what is allowed (linking, quoting up to 150 words with attribution, personal use of the PDF) and what is not (full reproduction, scraping for AI training, resale of the PDF).
Product names, logos, and product photography belong to their respective owners (OXO, Rubbermaid, IKEA, The Container Store, and others). We reference them under fair use for editorial review purposes only.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to third-party retailers and websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting a linked site means you accept that site’s own terms and privacy policy.
We rely on third-party services including Hostinger (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN and security), Ezoic (advertising), MailerLite (email), Google Analytics 4 via Site Kit (analytics), Wordfence (security), LiteSpeed Cache (performance), and Pollinations.ai (AI image generation). Their terms may also apply to your use of the Site.
13. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure,
- we make no warranty that a product we recommend will work perfectly in your home,
- we make no warranty that instructions in our how-to articles will produce a specific result,
- we make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any article.
You use the Site at your own risk. If you rely on a product recommendation, do so with your own judgment.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sets Quick, Sarah, and any contributors or agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to:
- lost profits, lost data, or business interruption,
- product defects, injuries, or damage caused by a purchased product,
- decisions made based on Site content.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to fifty United States dollars (US$50) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater. Since the Site is free, the practical cap is US$50.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sets Quick and Sarah from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced to newsletter subscribers by email.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Owner resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state. You consent to that jurisdiction.
If you are an EU or UK resident, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence still apply to you and are not affected by this clause.
19. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, DMCA / Copyright Policy, Editorial Guidelines, and Accessibility Statement, form the entire agreement between you and Sets Quick regarding your use of the Site.
