1. Introduction
Welcome to Sets Quick (setsquick.com). This Privacy Policy explains how Sets Quick (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit setsquick.com and its subdomain guide.setsquick.com (together, the “Site”).
Sets Quick is a solo-operated home organization blog owned and run by Sarah. The Site publishes articles, product reviews, how-to guides, and a free printable PDF called The Sets Quick 30-Day Home Reset. This policy applies to all visitors from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, the European Union, and every other country.
If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the Site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information: information you give us directly and information collected automatically.
Information you give us directly
- Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or download the 30-Day Home Reset PDF through our email opt-in forms on guide.setsquick.com.
- First name if you choose to enter it in an opt-in form (optional).
- Any message content you send us through the contact form or by emailing [email protected].
Information collected automatically
- IP address, approximate location (country and region), browser type, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on each page.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).
- Aggregated analytics data collected by Google Analytics 4 through Site Kit.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider (Hostinger) for security and troubleshooting.
- Security event data (login attempts, blocked requests) collected by Wordfence.
- Cache and performance data collected by LiteSpeed Cache and Cloudflare.
We do not collect payment information because we do not sell products directly. When you click an affiliate link and buy a product on Amazon, The Container Store, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot, or Etsy, the transaction happens on that retailer’s site under their own privacy policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you the free 30-Day Home Reset PDF and follow-up welcome emails.
- Send occasional newsletters with new articles, seasonal tips, and product picks.
- Respond to questions you send through the contact form or [email protected].
- Understand which articles are popular and improve the Site.
- Detect and block spam, bots, and abusive traffic.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.
4. AI-Assisted Content
We are transparent about how our articles are created.
- We use an AI drafting pipeline (NaraRouter) to generate first drafts of outlines and article bodies.
- Every draft is reviewed, edited, and personalized by Sarah before publication. Personal stories, product experience, and fact-checks are added by hand.
- Sarah is the author of record on every published article.
- Some article images are generated by AI (Pollinations.ai) and reviewed for accuracy before publishing.
- We do not use your personal information (email, name, IP) to train any AI model. Your data is never sent to NaraRouter or any AI provider.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, understand how it is used, and serve display advertising. Details are in our separate Cookie Policy.
Categories in use:
- Strictly necessary: WordPress session cookies, Wordfence security cookies, Cloudflare bot management, cookie-consent state.
- Performance and analytics: Google Analytics 4 (via Site Kit), LiteSpeed Cache performance markers.
- Advertising: Ezoic display ad cookies. Ezoic uses cookies to deliver ads, measure ad performance, and prevent the same ad from repeating.
- Functional: MailerLite opt-in form state, remembering that you have already downloaded the PDF.
You can control cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit and through your browser settings. Blocking non-essential cookies will not break the Site.
6. Advertising
We display third-party advertising through Ezoic. Ezoic is our only display ad network at this time. Ezoic and its partners use cookies to serve interest-based ads. You can review Ezoic’s privacy practices and opt out of personalized advertising here:
- Ezoic Privacy Policy: https://www.ezoic.com/privacy-policy/
- Ezoic Opt-Out: https://www.ezoic.com/privacy-policy/#optout
We do not use Google AdSense or any other display ad network as of the Last Updated date.
7. Affiliate Links
Sets Quick participates in affiliate programs with Amazon Associates (US), The Container Store (via Impact), Wayfair (via CJ Affiliate), Walmart (via Impact), Home Depot (via Impact), and Etsy (via Awin). When you click one of our affiliate links, the retailer may place its own cookie in your browser to track the purchase and pay us a commission. Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Email Service Provider
All email subscription data is stored and processed by MailerLite. When you enter your email in one of our forms, your data is transmitted directly to MailerLite. MailerLite processes data on our behalf as a data processor under GDPR.
- MailerLite Privacy Policy: https://www.mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy
We do not use Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or any other email provider at this time.
You can unsubscribe from any email by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every message. You can also email [email protected] and ask us to delete you.
